Default Do you guys personalize your bows?

Now, when I say "personalize," I don't mean that you go and pick out your own distinct vane color scheme, or pick out your own configuration of rest/sights/quiver... When I say "personalize" in this context, I'm talking about writing certain things on the bow, painting stuff on it, putting stickers on it, etc...

For every buck I shoot with my bow, I take a Sharpie and put a mark on the inside of the limbs. I also scribe the letters C.M. on the bow somewhere - my bow is always named after my old dog, Cookie Monster.
"XX" is wrote on the handle. A Quiksilver surf sticker is stuck on my quiver.

Just dumb stuff that makes your bow more than just a chunk of laminate and aluminum, and turns it into a real piece of you.

My new bow should be arriving any day, and my first order of business is to add the trademark "C.M." to my limb, and put a red XX on the handle. I think I might even go the extra mile and paint it on, then lacquer over it to protect it from bleeding/wear.

I also draw all over the undersides of the bills of my hunting hats. Not sure what that's all about either.

my last bow had, "aim small, miss small" on the inside of the limb. My new bow would have it, but i haven't gotten to it. heck, with all this spelling talk on here lately, i'd prob spell it wrong.

I do not do anything as far as writing on my bow, but I do make sure to leave a blood streak on it after a successful hunt.

I know it just wears off from handling and rain but it is something I just made a habit of.

I change the poudage sticker from 50-60 to 60-70 so people think I am manly[:-]

Only thing I do is put some felt in the front part of the riser where the handle is, I hate it when it is cold in the winter.

Germ,
Wouldn't the actions taken in the second sentence make the actions takenin the first sentence pointless?

I don't do anything to my bow.

When it comes time to sell it it is worth considerably more with out all of the stickers, engraving, permanent market, etc... all over it.

That mass of trophy pics you posted the other day left me in total awe!!!!!!
