Lots of good dropaways on the market. I had the QAD Pro rest and really liked it but I started having some problems with it. I am sure they have improved it since then. I currently use the Muzzy rest on my Bowtech and it does just fine. Just bought a Trophy Taker Pronghorn for my son's bow and will be getting it mounted and hopefully tuned later this week.

Ive never used a drop away rest. I dont like things on my bow that move other than the string and the arrow comming off the string. But i have heard that the Quad Ultra Pro is a great drop away.

QAD ultra rest. Easy to set-up and easy to tune.
One more for the QAD

I use a spott hogg whammy, and so far it is the best drop away i have came across.

I liked the video of the rest on their site...I was concerned with noise when drawing an arrow over those metal prongs. What has been your experience?

I have used the ripcord rests, but I switched to a Schaffer on 2 of my 3 bows. The other bow wears a NAP Smart tune.
