I got a new vapor trail string for my Hoyt, a new tru-ball copperhead release and started to refletch. I am going to retire my bow after this year (give it to a friend).

I'm looking to buy a new house with a back yard big enough to practice shooting... Just so happens the place I'm looking at backs to woods too That's gonna be my big bow hunting investment this year.
that was my investment last year, this year its a new guardian, and all the toys to go with it. I think the house cost about the same

Hah,

I'm in the house market, but all the yards (at least in more heavily residential areas) are so #%^*#% small these days.

I have ruled out numerous lots and houses using what my wife calls the "bow test." If I can't shoot out to about 40 yards in my backyard without threatening neighbors, then I won't buy it. Also, I grew up with big yards, and really want one for my kids to play in.
