no suprise on the guardian, I know it is the quietist and most shock free bow that I have ever shot. Man I need to get one of these

That is awesome, love to see that Guardian on top! Funny how the PSE is number one in all categories on their website...but not on this one.

This is perfect timing. Just got back from the local pro shop. You people had me second guessn myself on my choice. 1st the 60lbs limbs and then the x-force over the rest. Well I am here to tell I made the correct choice, everyone is different, but I really do not see all the hype on the bow tech. Yes it was a little quieter, with all those dampners.

The bow tech was nice but the x-force felt much better to me plus the speed wasn't even close!

A little surprised the Elite did so poorly. Would like to have seen how an Allegiance compares with the bows they tested.

I didn't read the website article..But could you give us a brief description of how it's a blind test? Wouldn't anyarcher who is not completely shut-off to the world, be able to distinguish what bow is what, based on looks alone? Thus making the test, biased to brand loyalty.

Nearest I can gather, I think they are shot with a blindfold on.

I wonder after shooting 3 of the bows in the test if I could tell with my eyes closed which ones were which? The Mathews is so darn light I think that would easy, the Guardian has a balanced feel with those skinny grips, the Hoyt has the fatter grips Im used to, etc ... I would base my opinion of the test data they collected anyway. How valid do you guys thik the test is overall?
