I am wondering what the thoughts are, does the weather determine where you may hunt from day to day, or does it not change things. How doesin comingcold fronts, incoming warm fronts, cloudy days or rain affect your stand choices.

Wind determines a lot. The weather that accompanies it not so much. I'll hunt with an easier walk if it is real hot unless its the rut and I need to get to my good spots.

It plays an added role but not final say. Wind in my area is very tough. It will swirl around the second you think you have it figured out. A heavy wind is better at predicting because it will cause you to hunt protected areas. Cold, rain and everything else also can make up a decision based on experiencee of the area. I would never let it be the major factor. Work always has that top spot.
