I don't know that the 400 fps goal will be reached, but I could see bows in the 375 fps range.
That would be a leap larger than they have taken in the last 7 years combined. Exactly the reason I am still shooting my Ultra 2, it is as fast or faster than nearly every bow out there now. I mean, I am flinging arrows with a7 year old bow faster than I could with a new Guardian, Vetrix, or almost anything except for the Blackmax 2 or the X-Max (whatever the fastest PSE is right now). I don't think they will hit 375 for a long time, if ever. Not ona bow that you can actually shoot consistently anyway.

It would be a huge leap, but they made a huge leap this year. PSE has a true 345 fps rocket bow, APA has a 345-350 fps scorcher, and the High Country Iron Mace shoots 340 fps bow with nearly a 7 1/2" brace height. Elite has the Envy that has a 7" brace and 350 IBO. I believe that 375 is not just a possibility, but a probability if companies choose to stretch it and shorten the brace.

In any event, it won't be a bow I'll be shooting.

I will be putting that theory to the test as soon as my new bow and arrowsarrive.

I don't know that the Vectrix could be any better! There's the best and there's all the rest.
it could be better, it could come in a 32" draw for us ape armed, knuckle draggen, misperportioned guys.
