Default If you own a Hunter Hogg-it SH sight.....

Or....ANY sight that is a great sight....just not very bright.......

Send it to Fitz Fibers.

I also sent my Viper in (I tore the fibers out .....coming out of the woods when Rob was down trukey hunting), but it was really bright to begin with.
The SH sight is great....but I ALWAYS wondered why people gave them such high marks......when they were SO DIM. He added maybe a foot of fibers.....and it's unbelievable, now.

I'll still use the Viper....and put the SH on my son's bow.

I have NO affiliation with Fitz.....other than he did what he said he'd do. Don't know the web address, but you can search if you're interested. Just saying how pleased I am.

i fitzed my sight too. ordered the stuff and did it myself, i even went as low as .010 fiber for my 20 and 60 yard pins. my wife and i have 2 hogg-it sight, the hunter and full hogg-it, but my fav lately is the sword accusight with small pin guard and .010 pins...... bright with a light if needed for hog hunting after dark..... i even put fitz fiber in it to brighten it up.

I gave my Hunter Hogg-it a Fitz upgrade and love it. I did not send it in just done it myself. There used to be directions on their website on how to do it. Not sure if there still is I have not been on there in a while.

The Viper is so if Fitz did what they said on GMATT's Hogg, I'd bet it is too.

Rob:

he simply replaced the fibers in the Viper with his own....and put them back into the protective tubing....not adding any additional length of fibers. When I asked him "why?"......he said he honestly couldn't improve on the Viper. I wouldn't have thought so, either. But....it's good to ge tit back.

The change in the Spot Hogg is UNBELIEVABLE. if it had the arm extension the Viper had......it would be hard NOT to put it on my bow.

Jeff, did you get the short SD fibers for your SH or the LD fibers? If you got the LD I would imagine the difference would be huge. I never understood why SH always put such short fibers in their sights. They've finally wised up and offered the Hogg Wrap, but I don't think you should have to pay extra for long fibers anymore.

Anyway, Fitz makes a great product.

Jeff, if you think about it post some pics. I'd like to see what they've done for you.
