My daughter just wanted a new bow for graduating college, she went down and ended up getting the Hoyt Selena. She is a lefty and pulling #50 with a 28 inch draw.. Walt
She is a tall young lady!!!

The price of the Diamond sure is nice. It comes dressed for $300. Any comments on why it is so inexpensive? Any idea on the prices of the others? Thanks.
Honestly, I think its just good business sense, like Mathews and Matt McPherson pumping so much money into the archery in the schools program. Hook'em young and you'll have a customer for life. Thats why I think they are so price friendly anyway. Margins on them likely aren't very much, just enough to cover costs I'd suspect. Dealer comes out ahead because he sells you all the trimmings and services it when it needs it. I have shot them (although, its sort of like trying to hit a fastball with a wiffle ball bat) and they pack a nice punch. Good and smooth, quiet. The customers have been very pleased.

I shot the same specs as your wife, 40-50, 25" draw length, and Left Handed. I just upgraded to the Hoyt Vulcan and love it. It’s a great bow for women who shoot lower poundage. The sucker is fast, quiet and comfortable with very little vibration. I can’t wait to smoke some deer with it this season. I'm kshunter's wife by the way
