Speaking of improvements, I was shootinga PSE Vulcan I bought new in 1983. I retired it after the 2006 season. The used Mathews Legacy I replaced it with was a night and day difference!Then a person hopes a 20 year jump in technology is a good thing.
I also had (should say I still have, though don't use) a "self climbing" Amacker Deer Thief stand. The bar of the seat cut into your butt real quick.
All of this circa the early 90's.
