How much bow an gun pressure does your area get?
Our season starts in Oct. an there are not but 3 people that bow hunt for many acres. Muzzleloading comes in middle Oct. then gun on the second saturday of Nov. The deer are pretty wellcrawled in a hole by the end of Thanksgiving hunt weekend. Everything starts to wind down by Dec. 1 just about everyone duck hunts. Then it is back to bow hunting but the stamina all depends on the luck that has came our way. If I have had a decent season I am finshed by about my 2nd or 3rd deer. I would say that the deer get hard pressured for about 1 1/2 months.

The area I hunt most of the time isState land and is bowhunting only, thank God.There's a bit of pressure in the early season but not bad at all, I consider myself fortunate.

I think everyone's chances drop considerably after that time, the rut has slowed if not halted in alot of areas by then. Except in some more northern reaches.

Pressure isn't the word I would use on the public land I hunt.
Bow stares the 1st of October. Then youth squirrel/pheasantstarts the second week of October for a full week, followed by a full week of in-line muzzleloader about the 15th of Oct. ,then at the end of that week 3 days of youth/senior RIFLE. Small game for grouse, rabbits, pheasant is next andin late October for the rest of monthuntil the end of archery wethrow in turkey 3 weeks. Excluding special reg. areas, the ONLY time an archery hunter is alone in the woods in PA is the first week of the season.
Oh ,I forgot , gun season starts the monday after Thanksgiving for 2 weeks.

My family has 120 acres or so owned by us. Neighbor to the other side owns about 100 more, and we are the only ones on that too. Only pressure thissees is me, APAJaws, and my dad. My dad doesn't have much time to hunt these days unless I am there so it is primarily weekends and the first full week of November for archery. We only hunt weekends (saturdays) during rifle season, and hunt late archery pretty hard again on all weekends. We turkey hunt it quite a bit too.

the public land I hunt on most gun openers is hunted as hard as just about any land in Minnesota. I'm lucky, I've found a spot that is near a main road that most other hunters overlook. I don't think i've ever gun hunted that stand w/o having deer walk right under me. while other people, less than a mile from me consider themselves lucky if they see deer at all.
i just bought 40 acres in november. I don't think it gets hunted too hard based on the number of deer in the area. I saw 123 all within just a few miles of my land a couple weeks ago. i'm excited to see how much (little) pressure the land gets.

The ground I hunt gets a huge amout of gun hunting pressure.
We have a youth weekend,a muzzle loading weekend, gunseason for 2 weeks and 3 weekends, then a muzzle loader season.
There are several that hunt thos times throughout the season.Includi9ng me with my kids soI can't complain.
We have a huge gun hunting party opening weekend with many hunters participating.
Hunting isn't just about the time in the field.

We have a few folks that bowhunt the property surrounding us but don't begin to pressure it until late October then they stay on it until the Gun season opens in mid Nov. It's pounded by several guys during the first Gun season the weekend before Thanksgiving and then pounded again the weekend after Thanksgiving, our second half of Gun season. Then the weekend after the second Gun season is the Muzzleloader-only season and again several guys from northern Illinois come down and pound the property, shooting at anything they see. By the time the guns fall silent and the smoke clears they don't bowhunt anymore but instead wait for the special Antlerless-only Gun season during the second weekend in Jan and again a group of guys show up to pound anything that they may have missed earlier in the season! Every season during the past 4 that they've hunted our boundry I've found atleast 1 dead deer on my property that they lost or simply didn't even make an attempt to track. This past season it was a beautiful 10 pointer and a small Doe lost. [:@]
