congrats now shoot at small different spots unless you like braking arrows. Also adjust your sight a little to get that grouping more in the middle

It's an unusual occurrence.....but it's still a good "equal miss". I don't mean anything bad by that. I've done it twice.....but never hit a mid-bullseye....then epeated THAT feat. I've missed in the exact same spot on two different occasions (actually 4...if you think about it).

How is thatnot exactly what happened?I'm not poking fun at the poster. I've done the same thing.

How in the heck is that being antagonistic? I'm not the first person to say this on here.....and I won't be the last. I meant no malice....none at all.

What IS the definition of a "robinhood"?

I totally agree with what you're saying, I never said otherwise. I simply think you can be antagonistic, am I mistaken?

Early in,

I posted this 2 or 3 weeks ago, but was responding to the "equal miss" quip. I immediately switched to shooting 3 shots at 2 smaller 3" bullseyes and have only had one fletch get damaged. I think the right hits were technique or form related, as it is tuned and will hit middle if I do my part.
If you hit low right more often than center then move the sight. If that isn't the norm and center is, then it is definately a form or anchor problem.

TFox,

Thanks, I think it was an anchor problem. I've been working on a consistent release length and anchor point and I am not having any big problems other than just lacking practice and skill. Yesterday, at 25 yards, on first try got 6 out of 6 on the two 3" marks. It just takes time with us amateurs. Of course, my next 6, well . . . I was distracted.

If I'm having general shooting woes and not improving, I will PM you.

GMMAT,

If my feelings were hurt by the "equal miss" comment I might need therapy. (Now AtlasMan calling my new bow obsolete, that kind of got my goat.) I do think it is kind of funny to brag about a "robin hood" that is off the mark by 3"! I really don't want to get any more of them. If I hear a strange noise or clack on the target, I do not get excited.
