i read that double bull is coming out with a new blind. some say its a hay bale blind and others say a new matrixs.any one know any thing?

I hope its a new Matrix one with straps on it like the final approach layout waterfowl blinds have. you could stuff those straps full of cover and make that blind disappear! Thats just my hopes...

I wish this thread would have popped up yesterday morning before work. The guys at Double Bull called just to shoot the breeze for a bit and find out how the hunting was going. I didn't even think to ask what we might be seeing this year.

I noticed the thread over on AT mentions two different ideas.

One is the hay bay blind; a Matrix without all the sharp corners.

The second has what Michael mentioned; strategically placed straps for attaching foliage from the surrounding area.

Who knows, but I'm anxious to see it either way.

The bale type DB blind is due out this summer (around July), the other design will be awhile longer before it's released. I'm looking very forward to hunting from them.
