Same for me, it's too hard to be mobile when you're sitting down. It's way easier to slowly sit down without being seen than it is to stand up.

Both..Sometimes deer sneak up so I don't really have the time to stand up and get situated because theyd bust me. And like GMMAT said I HAVE to stand up in my climber to shoot because of the rail...but in my hang ons I can do either sit or stand....

I used to do that until I realized that if I waited to see them I often could not move slow enough to not be spotted and still get my bow in hand and release on it in time.Now I stand when I first hear a deer.

That's pretty much what I do also, that is if I'm not already standing.

Problem I have with sitting is that I can only see what is in front and a limited about on both sides. If I'm standing, I can easily twist/turn and see behind me as well.

Me too. Im sure i could pull off a shot sitting down, but i never have before. Im usually always on my feet!
