You kidding me, Huntingson?????

Look at that DEER in your avatar! You don't see me with any pictures holding a deer like THAT!!

Trade ya????
That deer is just proof that even a blind squirrel finds a nut every once in a while. BTW, your avatar picture is great. That has made me chuckle quite a few times. I hope you know I am just having fun with the turkey jokes. I am happy that your hunting spot is so good. I'm just jealous.

Thats cool Jeff. I too have gotten permission on a lot of property that connects to large chunks of property that do not allow hunting. They are my honey holes! Sometimes all it takes is to ask the landowner...

Good info, & nice land u got. Last yr a friend of mine had written several letters to land owners on his route, to ask for permission to hunt. Out of 30, he got response from 7. That's another good way to scout out huntn' land. One of the 7 would not allow him to hunt, but wanted to contact him on how he wrote his letters. Their only concern is that they don't allow any hunters, felt it would be unfair to let him hunt. Either way it resulted in a positive way. Good luck w/your new hunting privleges.
