Awesome post. Since 1998 I have had 8 bows. Your post kinda makes me regret switching so much because I haven't given any of them the chance to build the memories you did.

Make sure you give Cookie a nice comfy place on your mantle or in your game room. She's earned it. Also, a nearly new bow for a fly rod, what a deal. No go make some memories with Cookie 2.

Actually, it's Cookie Monster III, if you include the dog. She went by "Cook" for short. LOL

I pray, when I retire, I young pup takes me under his wing and to the woods as often as possible-it is the one place on this planet I truly love.

Quick, I think it would be fitting to hang 'ol Cookie in the treestand with you-permanently. Lock her to the tree, and allow her to watch nature go passing by. Who knows, she might have some good stories to tell when you're sitting there together.
