They're amazing dogs really, Jeff.

We had a yellow lab/golden retriever mix that we had from the time I was a baby. I grew up with him.A few years back he developed cancer in the roof of his mouth and we had to have him put down. Never thought we'd get another dog remotely like him, but Poacher has turned out to be another fantastic lab. He's a purebred.

ORIGINAL: Matt / PA

Don't laugh........he faithfully watches hunting shows and DVD's with me (Comes runningthe second he notices one is on) .........anddoesn't crap on the floor. He's bigger now.

FYI it's a trained PA Mt. Lion....and he'll fluff your eyes out of your head on command

And the PGC says they don't exist! Now we have proof

This is Aussie. She will be two years old in May. She loves to run after anything that moves, but comes back when I call her or when she realizes she isn't going to catch it (which ever comes first). This is her and my parents Siberian Husky playing tag.

I have more of a fishing buddy also, I can't keep her out of the water! She tries to attack every fish you try to pull in. She is such a great dog though!

My best hunting bussy would be my son, not much of a sitter though
As soon as it's turn to hit the release, I'm sure that will change

Heres my number one hunting buddy, Colton. This pis was taken at the end of his first blood trail, I shot her the evening before, and waited till morning so he could come along, I took him to the blood, and had him go ahead of me looking for the blood on the ground, and kept telling him to watch ahead of him, I spotted her a little bit before him, but didnt let him know, when he saw the deer he started yelling and jumping up and down, telling me there it is! I told him I coiuldnt see it, and take me to it, he led me right to the deer, and was so excited with his first track. I was so proud of him, and he did a fine job of tracking the deer for about 40 yards or so. He had just turned 4 the week before, and is hooked on hunting and fishing. Im blessed with that.
