I use parachute cordI pick up at a local climbing store.

No sense using cheap rope when I'm pulling up $1,200+ worth of gear.

i use parachute chord but put a S hook on the end. I dip the hook in the rubber coating which makes it quiet. I put he hook in my pocket and pull up my stand with it. once I am in my lock on or climber I fish my bow that I leaned up against a tree or something up with the hook. works very well. I used to use all those other things but the S hook is the way to go IMO. saves me a trip down to pick my bow up or using 2 ropes when hanging stands.
