RE: maxima hunter
I haven't shot them personally, but I have talked to quite a few people who have. I have yet to hear any negative feedback about them.
If I weren't already happy with my FMJ's I would most likely pick up a dozen of the Maxima Hunters. It was actually a toss up between the two when I bought my arrows this year.

We sell the snot out of the Maxima Hunters, and folks love them. We sell about 75% w/ Blazers and haven't gotten any complaints. They are really outstanding arrows.
I shoot Maxima 3D Selects, w/ Blazers. Love 'em! I shot Easton ACC's for years and honestly feel these are better.

RE: maxima hunter
What makes CX great arrows are the tolernaces. They are tighter than any in the industry. When a maker says their arrow is, say, .002 straight, that's only over a 6" length of arrow. Not CX....their straightness is over the entire length of a 32" raw shaft. So when they say their arrows are .025 (Maxima Hunters) they are in fact straighter than the .002.
The spine consistency is also extremely tight, w/ 360 degree consistency....Ooops, I think I just hijacked another one.....Mobow's bad....
