Could someone out there educate a new bow hunter? What is the purpose/advantage of an arrow wrap?

I definately prefer wrap's from onestringer as well ,you can get anything you want ,just tell him and it's done . Painting is cool too but onestringer has sooo many option's it make's the job a whole lot simpler .The other easy part is that you can take the old wrap off and replace it with a new wrap which make's it easier than possibly having to repaint .
