Small Update
I've been told that Ryan was seen near Winona, MN Saturday morning around 2 a.m, which means he might have been headed North while filling up in Rice, which would explain why the phone was found North of the gas station.
if this is this the case then I think it means he is more than likely north of Rice, which is where he got gas. Possibly while getting gas, mabye he put his phone on the hood or something and while driving it fell out. Guess where the phone was found is an area where a driver would likely slow down and possibly cause the phone to fall off from where it was.
That's the update but good news that we have another spotting of him.
Please everyone, send this out to anyone you know in the MN area, SD, ND, WI.
we need all the help we can get. A big storm is heading in this weekend.

He was last seen 5:53 a.m. Saturday February 17th, at the BP gas station in Rice, MN, driving a 2003 Dodge Dakota, navy blue with a white topper, license plate LFX 023[/align][/align]please keep this to the top. very important.
