It is............Mine is a 2003 and has yet to lose a head-to-head battle with the new lines. The 2006 Ally and Equalizer came closest.

Just wondering, what were you battling over?

Speed, balance/feel/hold, vibration, etc?

That is pretty sweet an '03 is that much of a performer it is keeping up with the new ones.

If you are seriously looking for a Patriot, they are still currently in production. If you have a Sportsman's Warehouse nearby you can see it. Bowtech is building the Patriot and putting the Sportman's Warehouse name and logo on it and calling it the Patriot II. It does have a different grip and camo pattern, but makeknow mistake, it is a patriot.
