    Black Buck?I bet you have never heard of one of these.It supposedly is of the Melanistic color phase.Very cool indeed.Pic looks like crapfor some reason[:@]

    Are you sure that the buck is black? I say this as the color looks out of wack for the whole picture.

    Color is def. out of whack, but that is still an insanely dark deer. They are a rarity just like an albino, or so i've heard. I have never seen a pic of one before though. Pretty cool pic.

    That pic was on the north american whitetail website a couple years ago, and it is definitely a super dark deer.

    I also think there's a species called black buck. I used to believe in Santa, too.....so I could be wrong.

    there is a animal called black buck ,they are in the antelope family i believe
