I just want to know if anyone is having any luck with Carbon Clothing.. Like Scent Lok and Scent Blocker..
I was going to buy some for my bear hunt but it's kinda expensive...

If it is working what do you like better or what's a better deal..
Scent Blocker or Scent Lok

First off demoIL, is your bear hunt with an outfitter?

If it is.. I probably would save your money. Most bear guides and outfitters in Canada (for example) are pretty good at what they do and offer hunts in the 90% success range. Just choose your bear outfitter wisely, they'll take care of the rest.

duke's got it. Save your money on this one. I am quite happy with mine. They are not for warm weather. I'm not familiar with the lighter series.

Now... that's not to say that I don't use the no scent products. In fact.. I do.

I bought it to see and with good results, although as any good hunter, I play the wind and wash everything, so whose to say if it made any difference. I had a very knowledgeable bowhunter, one who has completed the grand slam tell me once that it makes absolutely no difference and the only scent control he's every truly had success with is pure skunk urine, although he doesn't use it much any more. He says he doesn't weigh in on the issue due to politics so he'll remain nameless. So, save the money buy clothing that is silent and practice playing the wind and keep the clothes as scent free as possible. But, I'm not going to sell any of mine, too expensive to replace.

Not to start the debate again.
