Pa. buck was harvested in Hookstown, Pa. The Bucks were checking scrapes on my friends property at dark so I moved my treestand around 1000 yards closer to the thickit the next day. The following morning at 8am I rattled and grunted twice within 5 minutes a 8pt. buck came to investigate and I harvested him at 25 yards. He ran 50 yards and expired. It was a nice clean kill.
West Virginia Buck: On Hancock county public hunting land I took one day and walked a 500 acre area and found a scrape line. Which the next evening up on a ridge I rattled and grunted within 15 minutes a 8pt buck came in at 35 yards and gave me a clean shot. The buck expired within 50 yards.
