No thats my baby! GERM spoons with his deer, I spoon with my bow. Kind of like my rifle while I was in the military.

I've done it a few times... get down after dark and back up in the same tree before light. I did it more when I was hunting thousands of acres of private land in Alabama, and our hunting party was camped at the only access road. I don't do it nearly as much hunting public land in Illinois.

I did it one night after I shot a deer. After I found the deer I forgot the bow.

If I was to do that, it would be gone the next day.

I used to when I hunted on private land that was policed strongly by the owner, and when like Greg, I hunted until dark and then the next morn.
