Those releases were very popular 10 to 15 years ago but it seems a guy just doesn't seem many of then anymore especially for loop shooters.

Hachet jack you clip right on the string you dont use the string loop. I was wondering if you use the c-10 or do you use the double culper. I do need to loose a 1/2 inch if I can. Any replys will help. Thanks

I do use the c-10. You can use this release with a string loop. I shot it with a string loop for a few years and had no proplem. I kept the string loop waxed to keep it a littlestiff. The thing I like about the C-10 is you hold the trigger through the draw. Then you let go of the trigger, no punch to release the string and arrow. It's kind of like shooting with fingers. Its also a durable release. I used the same one for the last 10 years. Its solid! Try it if it feels good you can't go wrong.

If you have not made purchase yet check out Jim Fletcher release at bass pro shops (flathead bow release) part # 38-886-927-00. This release is for people who shoot string loop. The cost is 39.88 as of last night I called an bought 1 she told me it was 59.88 . I told heron the internet it said 39.88 thats what I bought it for not counting shipping. The competitor site with shipping it would be 72.00 with shipping. I have another jim fletcher release, I have been using it for about 10 years.

I shoot a Tru fire. I love it so far since before i had a cheap release so i said hek with that and bought a $60 one. Works good for both string loops and just clipping it on the string.
