How about making one? Use a soldering iron and burn it into a piece of wood maybe?

Do a google for hunter prayers and you'll find enough links to keep you busy for a month. If you have any decorative software you could take one of them and do it fancy in old style writing on sand or appropriate colored paper. You could make a plaque to glue it to, shellack and all that stuff. It could be quite nice. Here's a sampling of some I found.

Hunter's Prayer
I the hunter, my senses alert,
My blunderbuss at my side -

Shall go forth to vanquish the antlered beast
To make raiment from his hide.

His tender flesh shall grace my board
A magnificent, royal feast -

His horny crown high up the wall
Shall honor the regal beast.

Now I pray my God be at my side
As to the woods I go -

And guide my steps and guide my aim
And the splendid beast laid low.

[/align]A HUNTER'S PRAYER
Dear Lord,
May all hunters be blessed with your grace.
To all who wander the fields and forests, may you guide them safely back to camp.
Thank you for the blessings of venison meat. Let the hunters always remember it is a gift from you.
Thank you also for the hunting knowledge, fellowship and outdoor experiences you give the hunters. May they always remember these blessings from you.
Amen.

"Oh, Great Spirit, whose voice I hear in the wind,
Whose breath gives life to all the world.
Hear me; I need your strength and wisdom.
Let me walk in beauty, and make my eyes ever behold the red and purple sunset.
Make my hands respect the things you have made and my ears sharp to hear your voice
Make me wise so that I may understand the things you have taught my people.
Help me to remain calm and strong in the face of all that comes towards me.
Let me learn the lessons you have hidden in every leaf and rock.
Help me seek pure thoughts and act with the intention of helping others.
Help me find compassion without empathy overwhelming me.
I seek strength, not to be greater than my brother, but to fight my greatest enemy
Myself.
Make me always ready to come to you with clean hands and straight eyes.
So when life fades, as the fading sunset, my spirit may come to you without shame. .

A BOWHUNTER'S PRAYER TO DIANA

Oh Silvery Huntress of the Night!
Diana of the pale moonlight!
Oh Goddess of the Silver Bow
Smile on your humble child, below
Come now to me and be my guest,
And aid me in this hunt...my quest!

In this endeavor, grant success
Grant me patience - grant kindness
Watch over me and guide my steps -
As I walk into the forest's depths.
Protect me from all injury
And close beside me, always be.

Aid me as I track the deer
Through brush and thickets, far and near
When it comes time to draw my bow
Grant me accuracy, here below
Guide my arrows with speed and skill
Grant painless death and swiftest kill

Silvery Huntress, I am your child...
I hunt your forests, free and wild.
Bless this hunt, I ask of thee
Oh Great Diana, hear my plea
Goddess of Wild Ones and the Night!
Bless my table with food tonight!

My mother got me a belt buckle years ago of abowhunter at full draw!! It has a saying written on the back!! Not quite a prayer I guess but here it is!! I like it!! I can't tell you who wrote it!
"Bowhunters Reward"
"A bowhunter is a breed like no other. he patiently waits, stalks, passes up less than perfect shots waiting for his quarry. Then on that crisp, cool autumn morning he draws his bow and releases into the reward of a lifetime."
