I would think you'd need longer arrows to ensure the point was out past the riser.I think they're one size fits all as far as weight. If they're heavier than your normal head it could throw your spine off.

If you are using a ground blind and shooting mechanicals, I suggest removing the mesh.

If you want to see a good clean kill. Watch the Fiesta bowl. Go Blue!! :0)

Good call. The first time I hunted turkey out of a blind with a bow I did not remove the mesh while shooting mechanicals. At 8:30 a Tom comes in and stops at 18yrds and I let her rip. Thought I shot under it. He stopped again at 35 yrds and I let her rip again. Smoked him. When I went to grab the first arrow it was covered in blood. I actually smoked him the first shot and he was walking dead.

I guess that is kind of a contradicting story. ButI will never shoot through the mesh again with mechanicals.

Your arrows do have to be longer when using the guillotines. Enough so to clear your sights and/or your riser. You can't shoot them into any target without ruining the blades, maybe the pillow will work, we never tried that. I actually found that I was able to shoot them accurately out to about 20 yards or so without making any adjustments on my sights, and if the turkey didn't come in that close, I would simply use my regular arrows with my 100 gr. mech. head. We used double bull blinds with the netting pulled open to shoot through.
