Time to raise score to qualify for P&Y?

You see it as a club..........I see it as a business.
I do..........a book that you can buy your way into with $25 and a score sheet.
I never said I didn't like it..........just a silly concept.
I couldn't care less if someone else wants to sell their house to pay for it...........where did you read that I didn't want others to "join"??
If I am not mistaken the money from those organizations goes towards the improvements of hunting and our rights to do so. Has P+Y saved an animal species or defended my rights to hunt to our govt?? If that is what the $25 goes towards then I fully retract my comments and the club has my full support.........I checked their "conservation" links and the money they quoted was less then what my gun club has in the bank.
Can you get in without paying the $25??

It's simple. It a club
It's simple. It a club
Take it for what it is
if you don't like it, don't enter and belong
quit belly aching that someone else wants to.
Good thing I bought my way into the NWTF, NRA, UBP etc..etc...
To say someone bought their way into the P&Y Club is absurd

I really don't care what is done with the scoring......Raise it. Lower it. Get rid of it all together. I have never really given it much thought until now.
Many of the "clubs" that I am familiar with take the dues or entry fees and use them to forward a common cause as in the NRA for example.
For those of you that enter your deer into"the book" Why do you do it, and what is the benefit?

Atlas, I should feel really silly as I've "bought" my way into the club seven times. And actually joined once.

I will enter a deer if it is the No typical bow kill for MI. The 1 and only reason is because Mitch Rompala holds the record to date with a buck he shot in 1985.
There is my reason

I am interested more in why the guy who puts the 140'' typical buck in every other year.

I am an active member of P&Y and I see no reason to change the entry scores...... If killing a 125 inch buck is to easy for you up the anty and shoot for the stars.... You never know what kind of buck you'll end up with...
Now to our poor confused atlas who hasn't a clue.....
