White tell fear??? Ummmm.....Is that suppose to be White tailed deer, or white tail feather?

Folks make their own feathers all the time, all you need really is a burner, it's not too difficult...but you use wing feathers, not tail....

But again, I'm not really sure of what you are asking....

I don't know how to make a fleching, I know how to make a fletching and I have no idea what a white tell fear is. lol

naa we just live close to each other and hunt abunch
we do shoting tornaments with bows
