Ive seen a couple of mamals with two heads. Lots of reptiles with two heads. Domesticatedmamals some times live for a while, but in nature they die pretty quick. That is why I do not believe a mature buck could have possible made it to maturity. But ive been wrong before.

There was a two headed calf soemtime here in the past, it died shortly after the c section and then i believe it was mounted and on display at a museum. I would imagine it has happened at one point in deer but how is a doe going to punch out a two header? With cattle the farmer would know what he was dealing with as soon as he rooted his hand in there and felt the heads, off to the vet you go with the cow, a quick slit and out they come. Wild animals would not be able to perfrom the birth unassisted and die.

I believe it has to do with the "photoshoped" two headed buck pic posted here last week.

It is not all that uncommon in cattle. Have taken a few out in 10 years as a veterinarian. None of them survive more than a few days. Most die within a few minutes after birth. That is a severe birth defect and they all have multiple other problems. No way a deer could survive to maturity.
