RE: Sick to my stomach........
RJ, those shed pictures with the actual rack are amazing. It is pretty amazing how much more antler deer put on every year. Those are some great photos to show how much difference a year can make. Once again, it is great you were able to recover the skull, the set of sheds, and be able to hang it on the wall with pride.
And for the shabin, it looks pretty sweet to me. Sounds like with all of the additions and what you have in there already, it will be a pretty sweet set-up when complete. Looks like it serves its' purpose already.

Matt, i do remember that post, i would be sick also finding him like that. The mount looks great and its amazing how much they can grow year to year. cool having the sheds to. The shabin looks groovie baby question, the feet in the background for the ladder stand. where did you get those? i did not know anyone offered them.

Too bad about the buck, man, I can't afford to mount deer I've taken, let alone ones I've found
The shabin looks great, alot like how we rough it in a shack, but ours is framed with pine poles and clad with corrugated tin.
My favorite part of this whole post was seeing how you mounted the stick between the shoulder mounts, I take it that stick took an arrow for the one that got away?
