Did you notice that you felt satisfied with the evening's hunt? Even though you didn't shoot, just knowing you could have was enough.
Did you notice that you felt good? You felt even better, than if you would have filled a tag. You felt better letting them live.
You felt good about letting them walk.
Just so you know, there's nothing wrong with you. You are just maturing as a hunter.

Heck boy, I had 6 deer feeding in my suburbia yard tonight for 30 minutes. I gave them a treat tonight, raw peanuts in the shell. They're expensive to buy at Southern States, but Bambi loves them. I've had as many as 18 on my 1/2 acre lot in a night.
