Default When bow strikes back.

Was shooting an old bow today for the fun of it when the string or cable deciced to blow up and eat a little flesh. It stung a bit but it looks cool soI havn't washed it yet. Looks like a crazed suicide attempt. The arrow went thru my grill. LOL

So how many guys are going to be checking their strings and cables?

(Insert Gibblet plug here. In cheesey infomercial voice over.)

"Contact your friendly HNI member Gibblet about replacing those worn out strings and cables."

Good going slick. I told you to axe off the competition, not yourself.

OUCH! I had that happen several years ago, the day before season opened. I've got quite a scar from that episode....Yeah, it hurts a bunch! I check my string quite frequently now...

Never thought ya to be a cutter. Looks like it hurt right away geesh. I had a bow strike back 2 years ago on a pretty dumb incident. Was real hot and i was final prepin b4 elk opener the next day. Grip slipped out of my hand, came backand brokemy releasehand and split me for stitches. Went and got patched up, shot a few more times, slept in the stand that night and arrowed my bull opening morning. was a cinderalla story lol
