That happened with my very first bow Thank god I decided to draw it off of my foot instead of just drawing it the first time. I ordered it from cabelas and I believe it broke a few fingers and a toe I didnt go to the doctor but they sure did hurt like a SOB I just thank god that I didnt draw it regular. I still to this day dont know what happen to that bow string but somthing went wrong

Wow! I've had 4 bow explosions and recieved some bumps and bruises, but never drew any blood. Did you drop it or stand there holding it with a look of bewilderment on your face? Either way, OUCH!!!
It never flew out of my hand. I'm quick like a cat that way, never for personal gain though. I'll get the pics of the grill on here it will be a good promotion for the G5 montec that went completely thru a double think stainless door and hit the propain tank.LOL

OUCH!
Thank God your ok man. Thats some serious stuff. We were shooting an indoor shoot one time, my dad had a new Jenson bow with bad limbs. When he released the limbs went about 10 yards airborn and slid to the target butt. Im glad the limbs wasnt so bad that they blew on the draw back. It would have probably took his head off. Glad your ok for the most part.
