Next year advice
I figured id get more answers here than in the managment forum.I was wondering what I could plant for next year that deer would like and wouldnt be too difficult to setup and use. It would be just on the inside of the woods probably a 20ydx20yd or less food plot. It would get afternoon sun. Its in East Tennessee, so the temps are in the 80's in the summer and get as low as lows in the teens to single digits in the winter. What could i put out and when do i need to do so. I would really like some feedback. because im trying to get my ducks in a row for next year

Alfalfa.
Doesn't need tons of water, grows just about anywhere, and the deer love it.
Maybe mix in a little clover for ground cover and you'd have a pretty good combination.
Just remember that with that small of a plot, those deer are going to eat it up as fast as it comes up. Buy some liquid fence to keep them out until it has a chance to grow up a bit.
