RE: Whitetail Hunting Outfitter Recommendation
First off, setting the types of expectations as you have will eliminate 90% of any of the outfitters out there no matter what state they are located in..... Nobody can guarantee the results you expect to have....
Number one reason is it is ILEGAL in most states!!!
I belong to a hunting club in Southern Illinois, and run it as well...
We see the types of deer you would like to, but there are never any guarantees... and I would never offer one!!!!
This year we had a father son team that havent seen a shooter all year long.... Last year they both saw more shooters than most will see in their lifetime.. They saw 4 Booners!!! So, you cant form an oppinion with a single years experience...
It takes years to develop an educated oppinion of any property... period!!!
Bad experiences with outfitters can be viewed in many lights, and categories... So, break it down, elaborate just a llittle.. PLEASE do not speak harshly of Illinois outfitters in general!!! Theres alot of great operations in Illinois, with some even better hunting, made available through them!!!!
I personally prefer the club hunting atmosphere, it works well for me...
Good luck trying to find what you are looking for though!!!

RE: Whitetail Hunting Outfitter Recommendation
I think that you would enjoy Whitetail Creek Outfitters in Wyoming. I have filmed and hunted there on many occasions and it is 1st class. You could even hunt a combo if you wanted. It is really cool to add an Antelope hunt that time of year. I also have had good hunts in Sasketchewan. Not the numbers of deer, but the ones you do see are usually big. Hope this helps.

I saw a TV show the other day that was filmed at an outfitter in west Texas. it was an archery-only outfitter.
If I were going.....THAT'S where I'd begin......"archery-only". You'd have to believe they would understand what a bowhunter is looking for a LOT more than the ones that cater to MOSTLY gun hunting/hunters.
It would be important to me that I knew the outfitter took bowhunting as seriously as I do.
Just my .02

Since you mentioned Kansas, here's one opportunity,
http://www.paradiseadventuresinkansas.com/index.htm
Another is Triple B Outfitters in Ohio.
That is the only two I know of that I consider reliable. Others will have others.
