Anyone else thinking about using their bow during the upcoming gun seasons. I think Im going to because it just seems to easy with my shotgun or muzzleloader. At least with the bow, I need them within 35 yards and pretty much broad side. I think its going to be more of a challenge for me this year. The more I think about it, the more fun I think Im going to have.

You bet I will. I'll hunt a couple of really small pieces of land that I have rights to and the gun hunters will hopefully push them my way. I have 3 properties that total just over 20 acres that I can bow hunt, but not gun hunt. Should be a good set up.

I have only hunted with my ML a couple of times. The only reason I have is that I nicked my cable with a BH. I have since replaced the cable with my old one,( saved for just such an event), and retuned. So tomorrow I will be in the thick stuff on my climber, bow in hand. I just enjoy bow so much more than gun.

Yea its all I hunt with , I haven't had a shot gun or refile since I was a kid.
I don't have anything against guns or hunters that use them , I just don't have a use for them.
I'd rather stalk and harvest my animals with my bow and arrows.
