Yes, but... Use super glue gel instead of liquid. And you've got to keep in mind that super glue is pressure sensitive. You should apply pressure to the clamp for about 15 seconds with each fletch or the fletches might not stick down properly and will come off after two or three shots.

What Arthur and Paul said. Use the gel if you plan on using any at all and don't get into a big hurry. Clean the shaft well.
I personally use Tim's Goat Tuff. But I have used the Super Glue gel when in a pinch.

I guess I should have added to my first post that I also use the gel. Yea, it doesn't take very much at all. Heck of alot cheaper than thefletching glues too. The one thing I always hated about the fletching glues is the thin metal tube they are in. After a few uses the tip would get clogged then if you apply a little too much pressure you got glue coming out for 15 seconds and no way to stop it.[:@]
