I wouldn't worry too much about it, honestly.
We only have, 5 or 6 (not sure) actual wooded acres we hunt. We have successfully hunted 3 at a time during bow season, all of us seeing deer. We were hunting it every day up until this week, two of us, one on each side of the woods, and we have seen deer every single time out, and 80% of the time have had them within range. I think there is a lot of undue worrying put into that philosophy. I really don't think deer are as smart as some give them credit for, but that's jmho.
