Default Update on my wife

My wife started Chemo. on Sat. for her Lukemia. She will get it for 1 week to kill her bone marrow. Then they let it grow back and test it for Lukemia. The Doc says some people are cured by 1 round of chemo and live normally. However my wifes family has a history of this desease so she will most likely need a bone marrow transplant. But we can hope for the best. She will be in the hospital for about a month while her blood counts rebuild, so she can fight off infections.

Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers.

By the way I was out in my yard this morning and something caught my eye in the lot next door. There was a REALLY NICE buck walking around the neighbors pond. He was about 120 yds away and his rack looked huge, I'd say at least 140 in. I ran in and got my bow because sometimes they walk around his pond and cross a fence into my back yard. But this guy didn't take that route. So I did get to go hunting today for about 10 min.

PS If I need to post this somewhere else just let me know. I know some of you wanted updates.

jmbuckhunter,
If it will help, I will go get tested to see if I can possibly match her for a bone marrow transplant. A little pain and suffering is well worth it to provide more time for another person.
