thats an awesome buck HCH!!! i LOVE the good mass and how the beams dont wrap back in...they splay outward..thats awesome! congrats! whats the tip to tip on that bad boy?? gota be about 2 foot! he wouldnt FIT in some areas i hunt!!

Thanks for all the compliments everybody!!!! The deer is at the taxidermist; no measurements or score yet. I am going to play with the Double Bull blinds now and see if I can master ground hunting. It looks likea great way to get some great footage on a camcorder. Hoytgirl is making a speedy recovery from her surgery and should be ready for the post rut activity at the end of november. I have two doe tags left and she has three and one anysex tag. Lots of time as IA deer season runs until January 10th.
