That's probably why they all responded to the rattling. An out of whack buck to doe ratio will do that for you; just as more does than bucks will produce the opposite effect when rattling.

I wish I had so many deer running around I could sit around strike up a conversation and laugh off the fact that deer just stolled by! Consider yourself fortunate!
