RE: Need some info on butchering
Having said that after the first couple of big bucks I decided it wasn't worth the effort and decided to just pay the butcher $60 or so to do everything

I do mine similar to the video. The most dificult thing to do if any is the front shoulder do to the silver skin.Like others have said here it is best for stew meat of grind.I bought my grinder and stuffer from this place.... http://www.westonsupply.com/index.asp?CartId={0B7F386D-3948-46C1-8179-5EVEREST9B5A31E9D69} I don't know why but I don't see the grinder that I bought or the stuffer either.I beleive they are partnerd up with another company called pragotrade.I bought mine a couple years ago ,and have done many deer with it,also the stuffer is a good one too,I believe they refurbish or supply the top of the line units that cabelas sells for a fraction of the cost.
