I just recently noticed that if I focus on the target that I shot better.
I think that by focusing on the target instead on the pin, that you aren't fighting yourself, trying to control where the pin is and overcompensating. This is what I believe causes the pin to seem to be all over the place.
Most importantly is controling your urge to immediately look for the arrow at the instant of release.
Just try to keep the pin on the target until you hear the arrows impact. Don't look for it.
I still find myself focusing on the pin at times, but when I notice my pinwobbling around I concentrate on the target.
You'll have to experiment and see what works for you.

Shoot at 50 or 60 yards, and when the time comes, your 20 or 30 yard will be easy. And the time may come when the big buck arrives and you only have a 50 yard shot. Think about it...
