i shoot with both eyes open. there are some very rare circumstances where i do shoot with only one open but that's very rare.

I shoot with one eye open. With both open I see two sets of pins this cost me two deer last year. I would shoot fine practiceing but in the field it would screw me up. Shot about two feet to the left.

when i used just 1 eye i would be inconcistince from 40 yards, but with both open i never miss 40 and can shoot 50 now 2

One eye . I'm left eye dominate but right handed so i close my dominate eye

Same here... Two sets of targets, or two sets of pins... I tried shooting both eyes open and by sheer luck, I hit the correct target!

Left eye dominant and shoot lefty. But yet, I'm righty in most other things. Go figure... [:-]

I'm another guy with opposite dominance, totally right handed, but years of looking thru optical instruments w/ right eye closed have made me completely left eye dominant.
I recently had an eye test and asked if wearing an eye patch could help make me right eye dominant, I was told that it would be alot easier to become left handed - never gonna happen.
