Congratulations, a very very nice bull. Hopefully now you have the bowhunting bug and put those rifles away for good. I you keep enjoying our great sport and i hope you have many more successful or memorable bowhunts in the years to come. Happy hunting.

In responce to some of the questions I have got,,,,and again thanks for the comments.
-The shot was a 52 yard shot according to my range finder
-My bow is set at 68 pounds (my bows IBO is rated at 305fps), but as far as KE, I have no idea what kind of numbers im producing.
-The muzzy MX-4 worked great, they left a blood trail that anyone could follow, after the shot the elk probably went another 100 - 150 yards.
-I have no field pictures cause the weather was pretty bad and all I had was my wife digital camera (which I left in the truck)
-Yes the hunt was a "DO it yourself" type hunt, but im fortunate in that the hunting area is just like a 1.5 hour drive from my house.
-First day we packed out what we could with backpacks, the next day we took our 2 horses and got the rest....
