OK First this case is a person vs a person not the state vs a personSecond there is an issue of jurisdiction.Third this case would most likely be settled in small claims court.

What do you believe the guy would be arrested for? Breech of contract

Personally I don't think its a big deal. If a guy can get someone to pay him an absurd amount of money to not hunt for a year, more power to him. Heck for all we know he gets paid to sit out a year and uses the money for a once in a lifetime type hunt the next year.

The first one i thought was funny..but now its gettin dumb.. It may be the same person selling the same thing to diffrent people.. I agree.. i dont think ebay will let it go on muchlonger once people start complaining about how the "promise" was broken...

All the nohunter I know would take the money for not doing something they do not do anyway.Who wouldn't? Sounds like a nice thing to do to the tree hugers,and they fill good about it .I hope they all use their money this way
