I dont get any noise from my TRM. Does it make noise if you physically shake the bow?? Thats definately odd. I dont know about freezing up but Ive hunted thru January in MD and gets pretty cold but not as bad as you Mid West boys get it though.

Norseman I live in Illlinois and currently shoot a pendulum and have never had it freeze up in our cold months of December and January. Check out Ebay and do a search for Trophy Ridge Mantis and you should get some results. Like i said the sight thats pictured above is regular 149.00 got it on ebay for 114.00 still in the package. you also might want to check out www.professionalbowhunter.com I believe it was a little cheaper there as well.Good luck in your such if you decide to bye a pendulum sight.
