I had more than 1 pull thru before I learned to tie them properly. My draw cycle is such that I hit myself in the chest rather than face. I also draw low so that my arrow hits the ground within 20 yds.

Come to find out the loop material i had was poor quality i couldnt get a good mushroom burn on the end. i picked up some different stuff now, and i with the added glue i dont see it ever slipping.

I still havent found my arrow though....i think i must of flew up over the hill(there's no houses)but i looked and looked with no luck finding it, i guess im going to have to go replay where i was standing to get an idea of the shot angle.
